Wellness Center Policies

  • We do not schedule strictly on-the-hour or by-the-hour. Choose from specific session lengths of 30, 45, or 90 minutes to fit your needs and schedule.

  • We schedule appointments with ample time between them to ensure you receive your full massage experience.
  • We offer a range of pricing options designed to accommodate your preferences and ensure transparency in our service offerings.
  • We have a range of options available to enhance your massage experience. Please inform your massage therapist at the beginning of your service so they can prepare accordingly for the enhancements you’ve chosen.

  • Each massage is personalized and carefully tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences.

Cancellation Policies

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your therapy session to ensure you are able to receive your entire session time.

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before your appointment will not result in a charge however less than 24 hours will be a 50% of service charge. If there is no call and no show then 100% of the service will be charged.

  • We understand that circumstances arise that are unavoidable, just use consideration and if the appointment needs to be moved or canceled call as soon as possible.

  • Our therapist’s time is just as valuable as yours. Please be considerate!
